We want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your Living Proof purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
